Nowruz - New Year ( "Nowruz" means "new day"). Navruzi symbolizes the beginning of a new year on the solar calendar. Translated from the Persian Nowruz means "new day" and is considered the biggest of all festivals of worship the sun and fire.
According to ancient custom, on the eve of Navruz people should clean up in their homes, to bring order in the yards and gardens, pay off debt. On the festive table is usually spread round cakes made of wheat, barley, millet, corn and other cereals. The Navruz decided to cook dishes of seven products (mostly of vegetable origin).
